Capture your professional style with OrangeDreams Corporate Head Shots! We will work with you to create career-defining images that will leave a lasting impression. We'll provide you with high-resolution images perfect for social media profiles, business cards, and websites. Schedule your session today and start making a statement What you get: 3 high-resolution images - Print & Softcopies Extra images - INR 500/- The shoot can be done at your office in your premises for an accurate corporate feel. INR 18000/- for 4 hours shoot in your office premises. (strict timings are followed) - INR 2500/- for each additional hour. You get 3 high-resolution images per person. For magazine cover portraits/ CEO/CXO portraits will be separately invoiced. - In four hours shoot we will try to cover as many people in your organization. Additional hours will apply for any delays. - We will arrive 30 minutes prior to the shoot time. - We will need space to set up the equipment - preferably a conference room of a minimum of 10x10 sq. ft. - for the outdoor shoot we carry all our equipment in our truck. Parking space has to be provided for our vehicles. - A gate pass/ entry pass, if required has to be arranged before we arrive at your location.
Terms and Conditions
1. **Payment Terms**: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking or as specified on the booking page. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the shoot. For bookings made on short notice (within 7 days), full payment is required upfront. 2. **Delivery of Images**: Edited still images will be delivered within 10 days after the shoot. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly. 3. **Cancellation and Refunds**: Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, rescheduling is possible, subject to date availability. 4. **Copyright and Usage**: All images captured by Studio OrangeDreams are copyrighted and may be used to showcase our work to potential clients. We will not use client images for any other commercial purposes beyond our website, Google Maps, and social media platforms. 5. **Image Branding**: All delivered images, whether in digital or print form, will include our branding/logo in a corner of the image.
